The Tulsa Fire Department was dispatched to two separate fires early Thursday morning near Downtown Tulsa. The first call came in around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Newblock Park, which is along Charles Page Boulevard near the Arkansas River. The fire was reported by a security guard and is believed to be a homeless camp. When crews arrived they found the camp on fire but did not find anyone in the area. Firefighters used a special ATV carrying a 100-gallon water tank to get to the fire. Firefight
